I. Flow chart of applying for foreign companies:

　Apply for approval of foreign enterprises—

　State Taxation Certificate—Local Taxation Certificate—

　Permit to open accounts in the Bank

II. Info/Materials to be prepared for applying for foreign companies:

• Corporate registration application
• Notice of name assessment
• Company Charter
• Feasibility study report
• Property certificate of business location and original contract for renting
• Delegation documents and 8 color pictures (1.5’ size) of legal representative, Board members and supervision members.
• Identification certificate or business license of the investors
• Bank credit statement of the investors

　　It will take 3 work days to asses the enterprise name, 15 work days to obtain the approval of foreign enterprises,15 work days to obtain the business license, 15 work days to obtain the other certificates and in total, it will take 50 work days to complete.

IV. Service fee and book fee for applying for foreign companies:

　　The service fee is RMB 15,000 and the book fee will be reimbursed according to the actual payment.
